Saturn Retrograde – Reaping What You Have Sowed…
We enter into this week with a major cosmic happening casting the mood – Saturn stations to turn retrograde Monday and this can feel tense.
There’s a jagged, edgy feeling around when the major planets station to retrograde. Keep this in mind and don’t get dragged into negativity – remembering what’s going on is key.
Saturn will move retrograde through his own home sign Capricorn until 18th September it this indicates we’re in a heightened period – when a planet is in its domicile its effects are extra powerful.
Over the next few months we’ll be experiencing an intensification of karmic lessons and the past. We’re especially dealing with authority, self-empowerment, physical world manifestation and “reaping what we sow”.

Major Revelations Between Now And September
Over the coming months we’re set to come face to face with the REAL karmic underlying reasons behind our challenges…
And we’ll be pushed to overcome self-limiting patterns that have held us back from embracing our divine light as a co-creator…
And we’re set to get the chance to resolve outdated soul contracts and negative attachments once and for all…
In essence, Saturn will be trying to show us that the reason why a current situation or challenge is kept on a “loop” because of an unresolved issue in the past!
And if we never face that underlying reason, the surface challenges will keep returning, as “messengers” trying to help us move forward once and for all…

On Again, Off Again?
On again, off again cycles are a clear indication of karma at work, when we experience repeating patterns of what is in essence the “same” situation.
The amazing thing about karma is that it can be resolved and healed – and when we do this it can completely transform a situation. (Click here for a session where I take you through it).
Phobias, stubborn health issues and sensitivities with no “clear diagnosis” and “irrationally strong” emotions of jealousy, fear and depression that’s unlinked to the current physical reality are all typical symptoms of karmic patterns at work.

Feel Like The Connection Is Out Of Your Hands?
Spirit shows us, it’s above all the feeling that circumstances are moving out of your control.
The feeling that, no matter what you do to try to fix things, something bad happens. Like “destiny” is operating against you. What’s really happening is, negative karma is at work.

An important thing to know is, karma isn’t what people usually think, it’s not that you’ve done something “bad” and are being punished…
The most deep-rooted karma is based in a traumatic situation you’ve experienced in the past and is keeping your system locked in the “phantoms” of that old trauma.

Experiencing The Repercussions Of Our Actions/Intentions…
Cosmic “taskmaster” Saturn often teaches us responsibility by making us look back at where we’ve gone wrong in the past.
Because karmic wounds and “debt” are in essence an imbalance, a distortion of the natural universal harmony.
So Saturn also gives us the chance to address karmic imbalances by bringing into our lives the karmic repercussions of what we may have brought to others…
For example, someone who has been unreliable with others, may in this period experience this done to themselves. This helps us balance karma so we don’t get entrenched in negativity as souls.

For best results, be conscious of how you function with others, to avoid lesson learning like this.
Your Twin Flame may be the one who experiences YOUR side of a previous situation in this period, in a cosmic effort to balance your dynamic with each other.

Powerful New Moon – Love, Manifestation
On May 4th we have a New Moon in Taurus, conjunct the Sun and yet again we have a focus on love and manifestation for the long term.
The solar system’s energies now support new beginnings and preparing for what we desire to create, sow and reap over the coming month.
With Saturn’s retrograde we see this is all about moving OUT of our past approach, which has likely been flawed.

A very common thing people do when attempting to manifest their desires, is they begin pushing doubt and skepticism into it from the beginning…
Say someone sets the intention of manifesting love, makes a vision board, calls it in from the universe…
But then they begin to think about times in the past where it didn’t work out… and how it seems so unlikely to happen …
And then they realize maybe they’re not “good enough” or “doing things right” … maybe they have insecurities about their looks/age/social status…
And just like that, their mind causes them to completely shut off the positive alignment they were just in.

The Surprising Reason Why People Feel Awful After They’ve Set High Intentions…
This becomes like trying to drive left and right at the same time. It doesn’t work. So many people sabotage their own manifestations this way.
But, you know the amazing thing?
The doubts, the skepticism that comes up… It’s not “bad”.
Really, what’s happening is your system is showing you all your blocks to what you want. SO THAT you can clear them and thereby be NATURALLY always open to and able to receive your desires!
So if you set an intention and then start feeling terrible, it’s actually your system trying to help you! It’s actually trying to do you a huge favor!
The worst thing you can do is just leave it and hope it goes away, because that means it’ll just be there in the background of your being weighing down your vibration and blocking your receiving.

Are You Inviting In Negativity In The Form Of Fear?

Starting Over!
Spirit’s insight for this time is that it can be a new beginning in love if we can step out of the “old habits” in the connection and seek higher. You really are allowed to start over.
With involvements to Pluto and Saturn (both retrograde) and Neptune, at this New Moon we’re being told to stop seeing ourselves as weak or small. We are infinitely capable!
No matter what bad stuff is happening, it’s never out of your control! Even, or especially, when it feels that way.
I once read for a client who told me she felt at a complete loss…
“Everything” was negative around her, from her Twin Flame connection to the people in her circle to her energy and emotions.
She told me she was at her wit’s end.
When I tuned in spiritually the answer was clear as day. She was stuck, because she was AVOIDING her soul’s lesson for her.
Her soul was waiting for her to take back charge of her own life – to begin actively manifesting positivity instead of running on “automatic”.
She was so busy focusing on what as “wrong” – that she wasn’t allowing anything else into her reality!

How Is Your Soul Pushing You To Realize Your Own Power?
And because this woman was a powerful manifestor deep down (as we all are on the Twin Flame journey)…
Her soul was allowing her to create and attract chaos, destruction, negativity, difficulty…
So that she at some point would REALIZE HOW POWERFUL SHE WAS AND TO RECLAIM MASTERY to create positivity instead!
So this client kept asking for help and searching outside of herself, but things didn’t change. Because the deeper lesson was for her to claim her OWN power.
Her soul showed me, if she could begin to “flip the switch” even a little from the habitual negativity to a more positive intention, the momentum would change. But SHE HERSELF would have to take charge.
To become CONSCIOUS of the fact that she was the one in control the whole time and to begin asserting that power.

Miracles? Rescue? When Change Isn’t “Sexy”…
And the steps were simple – write down her positive goals, create a vision board, focus on positivity, change her mindset, visualize…
But those are often the simple yet powerful methods we RESIST the most. Where WE have to be the agent of change.
We are so often attached to the idea that reality happens “to us” that we’re unwilling to do the things that can change things around.
Because it’s not “sexy” – it doesn’t involve asking for outside help that delivers “miracles”. It’s not about being rescued. It’s most often about us taking charge of OURSELVES.
This New Moon you are being reminded that you are a divine being of light who came here to experience joy, love, and to manifest your reality in a way that serves you and the whole.
Spirit says, each day you are allowed to start over. Don’t think you have to carry the past with you wherever you go!

The Universe Asks: Are You “Walking Your Talk”?
With Mars opposition Jupiter coming along on May 5th – but in effect all week – we see a challenge between our ideals and our actions.
And it shows us, the reason so many of us never go for our dreams is – we’ve been taught it’s not going to work.
“Realism” and the world’s ideas about what is “possible” have got into our minds and duck in with objections, often before we’ve got started.
A key theme now is: Where might you be stopping YOURSELF?
– Where might YOU be the one who’s disbelieving love?
– Where might YOU be projecting onto your Twin Flame that they won’t be the way you’d like them to?

The Tough Shift That Changes “Everything”
This transit shows us that many are feeling angry about their circumstances. Like there is some outer power, other people, the Universe or their Twin, who’s responsible for the negativity.
But the cosmic wisdom holds up a mirror. “As within, so without”. We are the ones who create our reality, either consciously or UNconsciously…
The spiritual truth is, that if we have experienced hardship, unfortunately we have been aligned with it on some level. And although it can be a bitter pill to swallow, it can be the most powerful thing we ever did.
Because when we take responsibility, we can change things! We can move out of struggle because we can then embrace our power to create and align with something better.
It can’t happen until we make that shift.
