Why Emotions Don’t Deserve To Be Taken So Seriously
Did you know that sadness, anger, conflict, regret, shame, fear, jealousy, worry are all energies? They’re just like dust on a surface or mud on tires – they’re not who you are. You as a soul are pure light.
Those energies – which you’ve taken on during your life on earth and through your ancestral genetic programming – are something you can get rid of, like you would hoover dust off your floor if it got too dirty, or take your car to be cleaned if it was full of mud.
The negative energies actually congest and disrupt the natural love of the Twin Flame connection…
The Two-Part Method For Fast Shifts
So to shift your connection into a state you’re happier with, it’s essential to begin shifting your energy.
We can do this most effectively in a two-pronged way:
#1) Clearing negative energy (removing what is “anchoring” your vibration consistently in the lower frequencies – old trauma, hurt, limiting core beliefs about self and the universe) and
