Today I’m writing about an issue that affects us pretty much every single day as Twin Flames and Lightworkers…
We live in a world full of toxic content – especially through social media, news and TV.
It can often feel like mainstream TV and social media is “rotting our brains”, or that Netflix gives you a bad vibe with its toxic shows and focus on drama.
If you test the energy on it, you’ll notice it’s not of the light at all… :/
And still, we often end up watching to unwind, almost despite ourselves.
This can unfortunately severely weigh down our frequency, negatively affect our unconscious mind and push us into fear and bad expectations that block our journey.
What we watch daily has a HUGE effect on our Twin Flame connection and our spiritual progress (or lack of!)

High Frequency Alternatives
So, if you want positive content, what do you do?
If you want help with healing or to deepen your understanding beyond fear, where do you go?
I know from personal experience that even watching cute pets online or looking at 20 second videos can make you glaze over and become really numbing after a while (lol).
So I’ve been searching for a good alternative!
I was wondering: What if there was a TV channel that actually nourished you spiritually?
(And no, I don’t mean YouTube with its homemade and often wildly inaccurate, low vibe, or hysterical content including TF cults..!).

What I Found!
I finally found a great TV alternative a while back – Gaia TV!
Gaia TV is obviously run by people who understand vibration, energy and spirituality and how entertainment affects us.
The channel offers a vast library of documentaries, series, and films that cover a wide range of topics, from ancient wisdom and info on things like secret symbols, the energetic laws of the Universe, modern quantum physics and more.
In short, it’s a channel where your evolution is supported while you just sit and relax on the couch, providing content that nourishes your spirit and supports your growth.
(And you can add it to your actual TV if you prefer that to watching on a computer).

Ancient Wisdom and Mysteries
It’s a treasure trove of content on ancient civilizations, sacred sites, and esoteric knowledge.
The productions are high quality and well-researched (think entertaining PBS or NatGeo shows rather than home-made Youtube docus).
Shows like “Ancient Civilizations” and “Deep Space” explore the mysteries of our past and present, offering insights that can expand your understanding of the world and your place in it.
And, programs such as “Healing Matrix” and “Transcendence” cover topics like holistic health, alternative medicine, and personal development with practical advice and inspiration to help you lead a healthier, more balanced life.
Gaia TV also has lots of content focused on spiritual growth and meditation.

You’ll find yoga classes, and spiritual teachings that can deepen your practice.
Shows like “Mystery Teachings” and “Yoga Every Day” are perfect for enhancing your spiritual journey.
(Honestly, you can’t really go wrong with so much content in a free trial)

Exploring the Unknown
If you’re intrigued by the unknown and the unexplained, Gaia TV has you covered.
From galactic civilizations to paranormal phenomena, they also have shows that delve into the mysteries that lie beyond our everyday reality.
There are interviews with leading experts in various fields, including spirituality, science, and personal development.

What You Will NOT Find On Gaia TV!
You will NOT find dramatic political debates, fear-filled news, “true crime”, reality shows with arguing women, horror films or other low vibe content (which can really scar our energy and cause blocks).
In short, Gaia TV is pretty cool – and FULL of content especially for us on the spiritual journey!
It’s still a fairly small channel with less than a million subscribers worldwide, but one day, who knows:
Maybe everyone will realize how damaging it is to fuel fear based, toxic content into their minds and emotions.
(What we put in, affects everything in spiritual terms!)
